Course agenda
Delivered as a two-day programme as standard, with an optional third day for hands-on work directly on your own project data.
Day 1 — Fundamentals & building the project
- Linear scheduling methods and where TILOS fits among them
- TILOS application overview — data library, activity styles, groups
- Time and distance scales, sector profiles, calendars, adding activities
Day 2 — Critical path, resources, baseline & data exchange
- Critical path analysis on a linear schedule
- Assigning resources and costs; resource and cost histograms
- Saving a baseline and updating progress against it
- Importing/exporting with Excel, MS Project and Primavera P6
